Job Description
We are seeking a young and experienced Sales Associate to engage and assist walk-in customers using your product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities, while managing financial transactions. (Females Only for Gender Balance)
Duties:
- Welcome and guide walk-in customers.
- Provide accurate product information.
- Answer customer inquiries.
- Cross-sell products.
- Ensure racks are stocked.
- Inform customers of discounts.
- Provide feedback to the Store Supervisor.
- Stay updated with new products.
