Job Description

WorQulture seeks a results-oriented Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Banking, or FX sales to drive foreign exchange revenue and manage institutional and corporate client relationships. You will originate, negotiate, and execute FX transactions; deliver market-driven advisory and pricing; and collaborate closely with Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to ensure AML/KYC and regulatory adherence.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Proven FX product knowledge and corporate client management experience
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

This is a full-time role focused on revenue generation, deal structuring, and building long-term client relationships.
