JOB DESCRIPTION
* We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented
Field Marketer to join our sales and marketing team.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for executing on-the-ground marketing activities, fostering relationships with dealerships and customers, and driving vehicle sales through direct promotional efforts.
* This role demands excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in various field environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Implement and participate in field marketing campaigns to promote all our products.
* Distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items, to support sales efforts.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners, sales teams, and other key stakeholders.
* Serve as a liaison between the company and dealership personnel.
* Analyse field marketing activities to assess their effectiveness and impact on sales.
* Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, setup, and teardown.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
* Identify potential leads and facilitate introductions to the sales team.
* Assist in closing sales by providing product information and addressing customer inquiries.
* Maintain detailed records of field marketing activities, expenses, and results.
* Prepare regular reports on the outcomes of field marketing campaigns.
* Provide feedback and suggestions for improving field marketing strategies and tactics.
QUALIFICATIONS
* HND / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1/2 year(s) experience in field marketing
* Basic understanding of automotive products, industry trends, and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
SALARY
N120,00 Monthly (gross)
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
