Job Description
BluuPay is actively searching for motivated Commission Sales Associates throughout Nigeria to assist small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in adopting our innovative AI-driven Point of Sale (POS) system. In this role, you will engage with business owners to introduce them to our platform while earning commissions for each successful signup and activation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard SME clients.
- Demonstrate the benefits of BluuPay in improving business performance.
- Achieve activation and subscription goals.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Experience in the SME or fintech sector is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
