Job Description
Kennedy Consulting is looking for a dedicated Retail First Level Technical Assistance Centre Engineer to deliver off-site first-level technical support for all ipNX services, encompassing Internet, Voice, and Connected Home/Office solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction through effective incident management and prompt resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Proactively monitor network elements and troubleshoot issues in alignment with SLAs.
- Communicate updates and resolutions clearly to clients.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc/B.Eng in relevant fields; CCNA and CCNP certifications are advantageous.
- Experience in IP network operations coupled with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
