Job Description
The Gold Sicily Syndicate Limited is seeking a competent and experienced Restaurant Manager. You will lead and coordinate all departments in our restaurant located in Magodo, Lagos, ensuring outstanding service delivery to our customers.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: From ₦150,00.00 per month
Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Provide leadership to department heads and set clear objectives.
- Create a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and staff development.
- Address guest feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong managerial and communication skills
