Job Description
Firewood Rice Nigeria is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations while implementing standard operating procedures.
Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, recruiting and training staff, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will also be expected to manage the restaurant’s budget, analyze sales reports, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotions.
This full-time position offers a salary ranging from ₦150,00.00 to ₦200,00.00 per month.
