Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance and Safety Lead to manage facility operations across multiple outlets. You will establish preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, kitchen equipment, and other assets; perform inspections; coordinate repairs; and oversee vendors, contracts, and regulatory compliance (health, safety, fire, environmental).
- Train staff on safety procedures and enforce standards
- Control the facilities budget, monitor utilities, and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Respond to emergencies and support refurbishments and new outlet setups
Compensation: ₦120,00–₦150,00 per month. Location: In person.
