Job Description
We seek an experienced Lounge Manager for our Surulere, Lagos venue. Immediate start. Full-time, permanent role. Salary ₦80,00–₦120,00/month.
- Supervise restaurant and bar service; coordinate kitchen and bar operations.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
- Control inventory and waste; maintain hygiene and ambience.
- Run promotions and prepare basic sales and operations reports.
- Ensure food and beverage compliance and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements: minimum 2 years as a Lounge Manager, proven management, leadership and communication skills, hospitality knowledge, ability to multitask under pressure, and strong customer focus. Available to start immediately? Briefly describe your managerial experience.
