Job Description
Nuggets Microfinance Bank is actively seeking a qualified Resident Internal Controller to enhance our team. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position, with additional experience in a financial institution being highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor branch operations to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Conduct thorough checks on loans, cash, and transactions.
- Identify, document, and report any irregularities and potential risks.
- Support internal audits and provide actionable recommendations.
- Foster a culture of accountability within the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦150,00 – ₦200,00 per month
