Job Description
Nuggets Microfinance Bank is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Resident Internal Controller. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within a financial institution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring branch operations to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Performing routine audits on loans, cash, and transactions.
- Identifying and reporting any irregularities, risks, or compliance issues.
- Assisting in audit processes and recommending corrective measures.
- Fostering a culture of accountability and effective internal control.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦150.00 – ₦200.00 per month
