Job Description
SOLEVO Group, a premier distributor of chemicals and agricultural inputs in Africa, is currently hiring a skilled Research & Development Manager for Printing Ink in Lagos. This position is responsible for developing and refining ink formulations for flexographic and gravure printing applications, overseeing new product development initiatives, and ensuring consistent quality through comprehensive laboratory testing.
The ideal applicant will hold a Master’s or Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field, accompanied by over 15 years of experience in printing ink formulation. A robust technical understanding of resins, pigments, and solvents is crucial, while knowledge of sustainable formulation practices is a valuable asset.
