Job Description
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture, on behalf of ILRI, is inviting qualified Nigerian nationals to apply for the position of Research Assistant in Farm Operations at our headquarters in Ibadan.
Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of renewal.
Location: Ibadan
Application Deadline: October 23, 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily farm tasks, including feeding, cleaning, and animal handling.
- Support crop and forage production through planting, harvesting, and maintenance.
- Manage data and collect field data effectively.
Qualifications: A Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Animal Science, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills Required: Strong organizational abilities, farm operations experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
