Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Officer to prospect new clients and manage our relationships with existing clients to enhance our Merchant Services business line.
Duties: Build relationships, implement strategy, introduce initiatives, sell POS terminals, ensure correct PTSP, provide customer interactions, address service requests, monitor closures, conduct meetings.
Requirements: BSC or HND in Marketing or Business-related field, 1 year experience in sales or relationship role.
