Job Description
Brit Properties Nig. Ltd is seeking a qualified Regional Talent Executive to join our team in Ibadan & Oyo State. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary ranging between NGN 150,00 and 250,00.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and managing HR operations across assigned locations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Your key responsibilities will include developing innovative recruitment strategies, overseeing the hiring process, enhancing workplace culture, and coordinating employee development initiatives.
