Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager, Value Solutions to lead regional teams, increase revenue, and promote our value-based product portfolio.
- Develop territory strategies, manage key accounts, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives to meet targets and elevate performance.
- Analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and report on regional performance metrics.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; minimum 5 years of B2B sales leadership with a proven record of meeting targets; strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Regional travel is required.
