Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts within Mandala Group (MDL). The ideal candidate will have experience managing store operations and accountability for reaching targets.

Success in this role requires excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset. You will remotely supervise a sales team, create regional sales plans, support Store Managers, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
