Job Description

Estrada International Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in insurance to lead our sales operations in the Northern Region. This position focuses on driving growth, customer retention, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional sales operations for insurance products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and guide Branch Sales Teams.
- Prospect for new customers and partnerships.
Requirements:
- 7-15 years of experience in insurance sales or marketing.
- BSc/HND in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) or equivalent.
