Job Description
Ascentech Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing across Lagos within the FMCG sector. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will oversee Area Sales Managers and Territory Sales Inspectors, develop and implement sales, marketing, financial, and structural strategies, and ensure field teams achieve volume targets. You will clearly communicate objectives, monitor performance, and gather market and competitor intelligence to inform commercial decisions.
- Qualifications: HND or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales management; FMCG experience preferred.
