Ascentech Services Ltd is seeking a highly qualified Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in Kano. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of the FMCG landscape. This role entails guiding the sales team, formulating strategic plans, managing distributor relationships, and discovering new market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred), with a minimum of 7 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position. Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation abilities are required.
