Job Description
MAX Drive is looking to hire a reliable and diligent Recovery Officer. The primary responsibility is to ensure the collection of funds or assets (Bike or Keke) given to champions by the company. You will remind and persuade champions to pay their outstanding and overdue loans in full.
NOTE: Must be able to ride a bike (riding a tricycle is an advantage).
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure timely recovery of assets in default.
- Report delinquencies to Team Lead.
- Implement repayment plans and negotiate settlements.
- Initiate legal repossession if necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and empathy.
- Must understand the local dialect and be able to ride a bike.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
