Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented professional to manage daily reconciliation and timely settlement of transactions across platforms. Responsibilities include reconciling records with banks, gateways, and partners; investigating discrepancies, reversals, and failed settlements; preparing settlements per SLA; monitoring accounts; and producing reconciliation reports and audit trails.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 2–3 years’ experience in reconciliation/settlement (fintech, banking, or payments preferred).
- Required skills: strong transaction lifecycle knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
- Compensation: ₦200,00–₦250,00/month plus commission and bonuses. Hybrid role with three onsite days per week.
