Job Description
An Eye Clinic located in Ogudu, Lagos, is searching for a friendly and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients. You will manage patient check-ins and check-outs, schedule appointments, and answer questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients.
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs.
- Verify health insurance and process billing.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
