Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team at Kahera Global Limited. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, providing exceptional customer service and managing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: Greet visitors, manage phone calls, handle correspondence, organize meetings, prepare reports, maintain contact databases, and arrange travel for executives.
Requirements: BSc/BA/HND in Business Administration (or related field), proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, outstanding communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent organizational abilities.
