Job Description
Job Summary:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our guests upon arrival and their last impression upon departure. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and register guests.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, andbilling accurately.
- Provide information about local attractions.
- Maintain an efficient reception area.
- Manage reservations and guest feedback.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel software.
- High school diploma; Hotel Management certification is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦50,00.00 – ₦60,00.00 per month
