Job Description

Join D’xplorer Cakes as our Receptionist, the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. In this pivotal role, you will foster a professional and inviting atmosphere, manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, forward calls, and provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally greet and welcome all visitors.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Manage correspondence and maintain visitor logs.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Assist with additional clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications: Previous experience as a Receptionist, Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
