Job Description
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and clients professionally.
- Answer and forward incoming calls.
- Manage appointment calendars.
- Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with office management and clerical tasks.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Degree in a related field.
- 1-2 years of receptionist experience.
- Strong communication skills and computer proficiency.
Salary: N90,00 – N120,00 monthly.
