Job Description
Grace View Homes is dedicated to customer satisfaction and the delivery of affordable homes in our project locations. We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Executive to join our team in Abuja (FCT) on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into clients and close deals
- Guide clients through buying and selling processes
- Organize property showings as needed
- Prepare and finalize marketing materials
- Promote new listings on social media
- Collaborate with lawyers and mortgage lenders
- Stay updated on real estate trends
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, 0-2 years of experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary: N50,00 Monthly.
