Job Description
Chariot is looking for a qualified Real Estate Officer to join our Lagos team. This full-time position will report directly to both the Real Estate Manager and the Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing property sales, rentals, and management operations. Key duties include marketing properties, coordinating property viewings, managing client relationships, and preparing essential documentation.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in real estate or property management. Strong communication and negotiation skills are crucial for this role.
Preferred qualifications include membership in a recognized professional body such as NIESV or IRWA and familiarity with the Lagos real estate market.
