Job Description
Strongmas Residence and Development Limited is seeking a reliable Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Ajah, Lagos. This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field, with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
The successful candidate will analyze budgets, review construction plans, negotiate with contractors, and maintain relationships with clients and site managers. Strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a valid driver’s license are essential.
