Job Description
Seadolf System Global Services Limited is excited to announce an opening for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Lagos. This entry-level position will involve managing costs for building and civil engineering projects from the design phase through to completion. Candidates must possess strong analytical abilities and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cost estimates, budgets, and project plans.
- Perform quantity take-offs and compile Bills of Quantities.
- Oversee and manage project costs effectively.
- Create financial reports and conduct forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Location: Lagos Mainland
