Job Summary: Pirotti Projects Limited is in search of a qualified Quantity Surveyor (QS) to provide expert guidance on construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, adhering to budget constraints and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage detailed construction budgets
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress
- Analyze and interpret construction contracts
- Collaborate effectively with architects and engineers
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, certification from NIQS or QSRBN, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and strong proficiency in MS Office.
