Job Description
Omoarega Consulting Limited, a reputable construction company located in Ajah, Lagos State, is seeking a reliable Quantity Surveyor to join our skilled team. The successful candidate will analyze budgets, review plans, prepare estimates, negotiate with contractors, and maintain relationships with clients and site managers.
To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and the capacity to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying and at least 2 years of post-NYSC experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time — Pay: ₦120,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month. Application Deadline: 11/11/2024.
