Job Description
OMOAREGA CONSULTING LIMITED is seeking a reliable Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. As a cost consultant, you will ensure our building projects stay within budget by analyzing existing budgets, reviewing plans, and preparing quantity estimates. This role requires you to negotiate with contractors and vendors while building strong relationships with clients and site managers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, negotiating, and interpersonal skills. A HND or Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or engineering is required, along with a solid understanding of construction.
We offer a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from ₦150,00.00 to ₦200,00.00.
