Job Description
We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare estimates, and control budgets for construction projects. The ideal candidate ensures cost efficiency and contract compliance from feasibility to completion.
Key responsibilities include preparing bills of quantities, cost planning, tender evaluation, variation assessment, and coordinating with engineers and contractors to resolve financial issues.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, 3+ years’ experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and estimating software. Competitive salary and professional development offered.
