Job Description

Job Summary: Hazel Interieurs is on the lookout for a talented Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to manage cost estimation and budgeting for our interior design projects. This role is essential to ensuring that we deliver high-quality and cost-effective solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed quotations, conducting quantity take-offs, monitoring project expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Requirements: Candidates should possess an HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related field, have 2-3 years of relevant experience, be proficient in estimating software, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
Salary: 140,00 Naira per month
Start Date: Immediately
Note: Preference will be given to candidates residing in Ilupeju, Mushin, Shomolu, Gbagada, Maryland, Yaba, and Oshodi.
