Job Description

Nigerian Breweries Plc is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Purchase to Pay team as a Purchase to Pay Administrator. This role will involve managing the company’s payables and handling key Group Accounts, including import-related suppliers’ invoices and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor accounts and resolve issues.
  • Ensure timely posting of invoices.
  • Review customs duty payments.
  • Manage and post LC charges.
  • Validate manual invoices to support payments.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of finance experience.

Skills:

  • Basic accounting knowledge, SAP, Excel proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
