Job Description
Flinx Realty Limited is in search of a qualified Project Manager holding a COREN certification and possessing strong expertise in construction software to oversee our real estate projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate real estate development projects.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to establish timelines and budgets.
- Utilize construction software such as AutoCAD and Revit effectively.
Qualifications:
- Must have COREN certification.
- A minimum of 3 years of project management experience is required.
