Job Description
Springrock Group seeks a full-time, in-person Program Manager to design and deliver masterclasses, workshops, webinars, and seminars for our merchant community and to lead the bitMARTe Loyalty Program to increase satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Promote products and partnerships; drive EEC and Loyalty adoption.
- Collaborate with Finance and Business Development on financial solutions.
- Manage event planning, budgets, vendors, and performance metrics.
Requirements: BA in Business Administration or Education; 5–6 years in process-driven roles; 4+ years in customer service or education; strong planning and event management skills; proficiency with MS Office/CRM, communication, and negotiation.
