Job Description
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM; 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with one day off per week. The role oversees safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing output, collaborates with engineers to optimize production, cost, and labor, diagnoses line issues, and trains staff. Responsibilities include developing safety and low‑carbon procedures, documenting unsafe practices, creating production schedules and budgets, coordinating cross‑department meetings, analyzing processes for improvement, and sourcing materials and equipment.
Full‑time, permanent position based in Lagos. Higher National Diploma preferred. Salary ₦150,00–₦180,00 per month. Candidates must reliably commute or relocate to Lagos before commencement.
