Job Description
We are seeking a Production Manager to direct manufacturing operations, optimize workflows, and ensure product quality and timely delivery. The role will lead cross‑functional teams, manage production schedules, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement through data‑driven practices. Candidates must have a minimum of five years’ manufacturing experience, proven leadership and problem‑solving skills, and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or ERP systems. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
