Job Description
Location: Lagos | Reports to: Operations Director/Plant Manager
Overview: We seek a Production Manager with a strong Mechanical Engineering background to lead operations at our paper mill. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in production management, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production and operations.
- Lead mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance programs.
- Manage and develop the production team.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of production management experience.
