Job Description
We are seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring on-time delivery, exceptional product quality, and a safe work environment. The role involves planning and supervising production schedules, managing supervisors and operators, optimizing workflows, maintaining inventory and cost control, and coordinating with maintenance, quality, and supply chain functions. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of production leadership experience
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and ERP skills
