Job Description
B and B seeks an experienced Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production schedules while leading supervisors, machinists, cutters, and quality checkers. The role requires maintaining garment quality, finishing, and safety standards; overseeing material usage and approvals; ensuring equipment maintenance; and driving factory productivity through KPI tracking (output, lead times, efficiency).
- Drive lean improvements and waste reduction
- Provide rapid problem-solving, decisive leadership, and clear production reporting
- Preferred: 2+ years in a supervisory role, proficiency with production planning tools, ability to interpret technical packs, budget control, and staff training experience
