Job Description
Eleganza is seeking to hire a Production Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between management and factory floor staff in Lagos. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication and effective implementation of directives while coordinating daily production activities to meet operational targets.
Responsibilities: Oversee production schedules, resolve staff conflicts, maintain safety protocols, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements: A minimum of 6 years of experience as a production coordinator or in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership.
Salary: NGN 250,00 – 400,00 (Negotiable)
