Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Specialist to oversee the quality management of our listed products at Konga.com. This role involves developing and implementing effective processes to identify and resolve product issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate product content and updates on Konga.com.
- Address inquiries related to product descriptions and packaging.
- Manage merchant item listings and create new product categories.
- Verify high-end brands and ensure compliance with product attributes to boost sales.
Requirements: Must have completed the NYSC program. This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary between ₦120,00.00 and ₦140,00.00.
