Job Description
We seek an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing activities to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance. The successful candidate will establish procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and budgetary requirements.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes and supplier performance.
- Negotiate contracts and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance, mitigate supply risks, and support inventory planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve delivery and quality targets.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field; 5+ years of procurement experience; proven negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills; proficiency with ERP systems.
