Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement and Inventory Officer to oversee purchasing, supplier relationships, order processing, and inventory control. The role ensures timely sourcing, accurate stock records, and adherence to company policies while supporting cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage supplier selection and negotiation; process purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Perform regular stock audits, identify discrepancies, and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement or inventory; strong ERP proficiency, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; exceptional attention to detail.
