Job Description
We seek a Policy & Advocacy Advisor to design and lead advocacy strategies that advance our mission. Responsibilities include policy research, drafting briefs and position papers, coordinating advocacy campaigns, building coalitions, liaising with government and civil society, and monitoring legislation. The ideal candidate has at least three years of policy or advocacy experience, a bachelor’s degree in public policy, law, or a related field, strong written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated analytical ability. Proven success in stakeholder engagement and campaign delivery is essential. The Advisor will work cross-functionally to develop evidence-based approaches that influence public policy and support organizational goals.
