Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with expertise in stroke rehabilitation to join our multidisciplinary team. You will assess patients, create individualized treatment plans, provide interventions to enhance mobility, balance, and functional independence, and educate patients and families.

• Requirements: DPT or equivalent, valid state license, experience in neurorehabilitation, strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills, excellent communication and teamwork.
• Preferred: Certification in neurologic physical therapy and experience with gait training and assistive devices.
