Job Description
Elocuencia Consulting is looking for a dedicated Personnel Manager to join our dynamic team within the real estate sector. This full-time position is located on-site in Oregun, Lagos. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have at least 2 years of proven experience in human resources.
Key responsibilities include overseeing HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and managing the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with a strong emphasis on proficiency in HRIS. Candidates must reside in proximity to Oregun and be available for immediate appointment.
Salary: ₦100,00.00 monthly. This is a permanent role.
